You DO NOT get a better deal looking for a NEW HOME on your own. That's just extra $$$$ for the Builder! RELY on an AGENT! They will save you money and a lot of headaches. WE DO THIS EVERYDAY just like you do your job EVERYDAY! You wouldn't want me behind the wheel of the airplane your flying on because I AM NOT QUALIFIED!
